Tour Itinerary

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport where you will be welcomed by our representative and then proceed to your stay in the coastal city of Negombo. The rest of the day your family will spend leisurely.

After breakfast at the hotel, you'll be leaving for the ancient kingdom, Polonnaruwa. For the rest of the day you'll explore Polonnaruwa Archaeological Site (UNESCO World Heritage Site).

After breakfast at the hotel, your family will do a Traditional Village Tour (tour includes bullock cart ride, catamaran ride, cooking demonstration etc) which is a replica of an ancient village and kids will love this unique experience. Next, in the late afternoon, you will climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Activity involves some step climbing (difficulty level: moderate), but your effort is worth it because of the amazing views and the great archeological significance of the place. Then you will visit Dambulla Cave Temple, also known as the Golden Rock Temple (UNESCO World Heritage Site).

The first half of the day you can spend your time with your family and have some relaxation. Then, in the late afternoon, you'll do an adventurous game drive in Minneriya National Park (the park is mainly for elephants and most kids would love this activity).

After breakfast, you start your journey to Kandy. After you reach Kandy, you can go for a walk around Kandy lake and do a quick city tour. Then you'll visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Dalada Maligawa). Next you'll visit the Gem Museum. Your day ends with watching a Cultural Dance Show.

After breakfast, you'll start your journey to the central highlands of Sri Lanka, Nuwaraeliya (also known as Little England). En route you can see some Waterfalls and visit the Tea Plantation and Tea Factory and learn about the world‐famous Sri Lankan tea‐making process. You can spend your evening at Gregory Park. In the lake there are some water‐related activities like Jet Ski riding and Paddle Boat. You can engage them as you wish (at your expense).

After breakfast at the hotel, you'll proceed to Ella. Upon customer request, we can arrange this journey by train (reserved seats subject to availability). In the evening you will climb Little Adam's Peak (difficulty level: moderate). Then you will visit the famous Nine Arch Bridge.

After breakfast, we'll take you to Yala National Park. En route, you take a stop at Rawana Falls. Then you'll do an Adventures Safari Game Drive in Yala. This park is the 2^nd largest national park in Sri Lanka, and it is well famous for Leopards.

After breakfast at the hotel, you'll proceed to your beach stay in Mirissa. The rest of the day you can spend leisurely.

The day begins with an adventurous whale watching experience. Get up early in the morning and start your journey to Mirissa Fishing Harbour. Then you'll be doing a Whale‐Watching Excursion. In the evening, you can visit a nearby beach to watch Stilt Fishing (a traditional fishing method).

After breakfast at the hotel, you'll start your journey to Colombo. En route you'll visit Galle Dutch Fort (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and the National Maritime Museum. Then you will do a quick shopping tour in Colombo.
