Yala Safari Day Tour

“Beauty, Charm, And Adventure”

Yala National Park, located in the south‐east part of Sri Lanka, surrounded by the panoramic Indian Ocean. The Safari at Yala is a very popular activity among wildlife enthusiasts and adventure seekers because of its diverse ecosystem, rich biodiversity and breathtaking natural beauty. Under British rule, Yala was a popular hunting ground, but now it is a wildlife sanctuary and home to 44 varieties of mammals and 215 bird species. Yala has the world's biggest concentration of leopards, majestic elephants and sloth bears. Also, sambars, jackals, spotted deer, peacocks, water buffalos and crocodiles are a common sight during a safari inside the park.

FAQs
Between November to April. Generally in September, the park is closed due to drought in that area.
This tour is suited for anyone (except pregnant mothers).
No age restrictions. But this activity might be uncomfortable for children aged below 3.
Keep in your mind that you are going to do nature‐related activity, so spotting of leopards is not 100% guaranteed. But our activity providers do their best to show leopards somehow. However, the safari itself in the deep Yala National Park is completely worth your time.
Wear light clothes and better to take sunscreen and sunglass if possible. Roads inside the parks are dusty and bumpy. It is recommended to bring a pair of binoculars if you have one.
